I suspect that these may be Hazara but in the marketplace these are called Baluch. I based my suspicion on the weave and on the wool. Wool of course depends on the breed of sheep. Hazara raise Hazaragi sheep. No other group that I have been able to identify uses Hazaragi sheep.
